Hi, I’m Dr. Neelofer Basaria and I’ll be your coach and guide on this transformative wellness journey. My greatest passion is helping women like yourself – busy, accomplished women who have most likely put everyone and everything else in their lives first. You’ve probably tried everything under the sun to lose weight and/or manage your health issues…and the results have been anything less than stellar- to the point that you probably just wanted to give up and throw in the towel. Am I right? Well…we’ve all been there…
