First of all I’m really thankful for being part of this program. I’ve read so many articles on the Internet about health but didn’t know how to implement or apply so many different things in a proper way, and then came this program that truly helped me and showed me how to make different changes in my own as well as my family’s life.
The practice of walking 10,000 steps per day encourages me to go for a walk everyday. Now whether it’s too cold, rain or shine, I just go for a walk and I really enjoy that time of the day as it gives me lots of positive thoughts and energy and is a great stress reliever as well. Now, we eat lots of vegetables and fruits instead of processed food for snacks and I always read labels before buying any package or other food. This program is really helping us with our quality of Life.
I would like to thank Dr.Basaria for putting so much effort in all of us. She is so knowledgeable in her field that she explains every bit of it with so much ease and confidence. I personally appreciate her efforts when she called me personally and paid full attention to my concerns. She was not in a rush at all. From day one, since I met her she is full of positive attitude.
