You can do this right in your phone’s calendar app. You will also get a text from our team, an email confirmation and a few reminders leading up to the call.
Make a list of questions and
concerns to discuss on our call.
We know that you probably have a lot of questions - that’s okay! Make a list so that we don’t forget to answer anything while we’re talking.
If you should need to cancel or reschedule,
let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
We know your time is valuable, and we want to make sure that we can best serve you. Our spots book up, and so it is important that you show up for our call.

I have been struggling with a sugar compulsion for as long as I remember. As a child almost all of my dishes were sweet. As I got older, my body was not able to handle this lifestyle and I noticed it impacting my blood sugar, sleep, mood, and energy levels.
When Dr. Basaria mentioned that she could help me with all this, I got very excited and signed up for her program. In just the first week, I learned so much and was eager to keep coming back and learn more from her. I made a lot of positive changes in my diet, which now mostly consists of vegetables, fruits and organic food. I feel more energetic, happier and my sleep is improving, as well.
