This is a refresher for the past participants of the Mindful Nutrition program. It is for women who want to lose unwanted physical and/or emotional weight to create a powerful experience of health and wellness and achieve long lasting results. When you are committed to turning your health around and breaking free from the limiting beliefs and behaviors that have been holding you back from the strong, confident woman you know you are meant to be, this is the path to take.

The program runs for 12 weeks, meeting once per week via Zoom. In my experience, this is the ideal amount of time to embody the changes you are making and get them to stick. In this compassionate and safe space, you’ll find the guidance, accountability, and community support to create big changes in your health and overall well-being.
